How does EllaReuu produce Wood Timepieces and save Trees?
EllaReuu timepieces are handcrafted from reclaimed wood. That is, we us wood that has either already been used in another product or was left over from another project.
When are EllaReuu Timepieces scheduled to begin shipping?
Although originally scheduled for release on December 1st, 2016 there has been an unavoidable delay in manufacturing. EllaReuu Timepieces are not scheduled to begin shipping on December 31st, 2016.
How will my EllaReuu Timepiece handle getting wet?
As with any Luxury Timepiece the goal is to protect it from the elements. You can be assured that EllaReuu Timepieces are water resistant to 5ATM and absolutely splash proof. In simple terms that means you can do anything in an EllaReuu timepiece that you would do in any other watch with equivalent water resistance. A brush with the rain or even a spill will not damage your timepiece. However, EllaReuu Timepieces just as most other luxury brands are NOT WATER PROOF. They are not to be submerged in water or any other liquid. Submerging your EllaReuu Timepiece in a liquid of any sort or exposing it to liquid for long periods of time will void the Limited Lifetime Warranty.
What about Warranty?
Every EllaReuu Timepiece comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The warranty covers the functionality of the Timepiece for a Lifetime but does not include battery replacement, or repairs needed due to lack of care. Further details are outlined in the manual you will receive with your Timepiece.
Can I return my Timepiece?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your EllaReuu Timepiece you can request an return authorization up to 60 days after the date of purchase. This return authorization can be requested by sending an email to Ella@EllaReuu.com. To receive a full refund the Timepiece must be returned damage free along with a copy of the original receipt and all packaging to include the warranty card. Upon receipt of all packaging and purchase receipt your refund will be issued within 14 business days.
